In our webshop all prices are set in euros including 21% VAT, but excluding any shipping costs.

You can pay in a number of ways, at no extra cost:
– iDEAL
– PayPal
– pay in advance by bank transfer
– cash or pin (only for collection)

After the order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. If you have not received confirmation after 1 hour, please contact us. Your payment must be received no later than 7 days after placing the order. If not, SOFTnaturals reserves the right to cancel the order.

Orders before 15:00 are shipped the same day on working days. In most cases, this means that you will receive the order the next day.

Very occasionally it happens that an order cannot be delivered immediately in its entirety. If this is the case, we will contact you about further processing. You can also cancel the order if necessary. The amount already paid will then be returned to your account within a week.
