Dispatch
If you order before 3:00 PM, it will be shipped the same working day.
We use DHL to send packages. We also do this to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you.
As soon as the order has been shipped, you will receive an email, depending on the shipping method, it will contain a Track & Trace code with which you can track the order.
We do not charge shipping costs when ordering gift voucher(s). For the other products we charge the usual (letterbox) package costs of the above-mentioned companies.
To take off
If you have chosen to collect a product in Hoofddorp, we will contact you as soon as possible (within 24 hours) to ensure that the processing is carried out as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
Returns
Orders can be returned. This can be done within 14 days of receipt and at your own expense. We can only take back products in their original unpacked condition. Before you return orders, we would like to receive an email from you with all information about the order.
Once we have received and checked all products, you will receive the order amount in your account within 7 days.
